blueberry and banana breakfast smoothie

Get up and go with this simple, delicious and fulfilling smoothie.
The fruit provides micronutrients- vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, while the seeds and grains provide essential amino acids (protein) and carbohydrates to cover your macronutrients.

1 large/2 small banana

1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

1 tbsp or squeeze of lemon juice

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup oats

250ml hemp milk

  1. Peel bananas, prepare lemon
  2. Place all ingredients in high speed blender (I love ‘Nutribullet’)

Serve immediately
