Things went even better than the 1st time. We had learnt a lot by now, and employed some extra paid staff to share the workload with. This worked brilliantly and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, it also meant the managers had a little more break-time. We had also developed our batter recipe to be more flavourful and crunchier.
