We came to the 2nd day of this wedding. It had a festival vibe to it, and we set up our trailer for buckwheat crepes and smoothies.
Resilience Residential 2021
For the same organisation, we catered a 4 day retreat. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner for 20 guests.
Climate Resilience Picnic
The Resilience Project supports the wellbeing of young climate activists. Naturally our food suited their dietary preferences. We prepared a self-contained picnic for 25 participants.
