‘wild rose kitchen’ was born out of a love for cooking and growing food. I have learnt a deep appreciation for good food through my work in professional kitchens, my home kitchen, and as an organic vegetable grower.
We believe good food is medicine.
A diet that is diverse, full of organic wholefoods and largely plant-based will promote good health in ourselves and our environment.
