Waddesdon Chilli Festival 2024

I’ve grown up walking around this National Trust estate, so it was very exciting to be serving at one of their festivals. It was a chilli themed festival, so naturally we chose appropriate sauces: buffalo hot sauce, sriracha and a sweet chilli too.
