A private party of 80 family and friends to celebrate anniversaries. This was an intimate affair but it was lovely to meet the guests and fellow food trailers. This was the 1st time we served our ‘Halloumi Fries with minted honey drizzle’. Simple and very effective, this will be featuring on future menus!
