The fruit provides micronutrients- vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, while the seeds and grains provide essential amino acids (protein) and carbohydrates to cover your macronutrients.

- 1 large/2 small banana
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp or squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 250ml hemp milk
- Peel bananas, prepare lemon
- Place all ingredients in high speed blender (I love ‘Nutribullet’)
